This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-quality health law attorney who is capable of direct handling of transactional, corporate, contract, employment and compliance work for medical practices, physicians, med spas and other healthcare related businesses. An ideal candidate will be comfortable handling medical practice transactions and other transactional work, corporate practice of medicine issues, regulatory matters, and medical board/licensure representation. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a highly motivated attorney with relevant health law experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and, above all, the ability to make our clients happy with exceptional customer service. Georgia license required. Salary negotiable according to experience.
