Ziemer Stayman Weitzel & Shoulders, LLP (Evansville, Indiana) is seeking an applicant (Partner or Associate level) with experience in employment and/or labor law to join the firm. The candidate preferably would have at least 2-5 years of experience in providing advice on employment law issues as well as in defending employment claims in state/federal courts and before administrative agencies (e.g. EEOC, ICRC, HRC, DOL, IOSHA). Experience in labor relations / collective bargaining / grievance and dispute resolution / arbitration would be helpful but not required. Compensation is anticipated to be commensurate with experience. The position also offers competitive benefits including but not limited to health benefits and 401K.
