The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Operations to lead strategy and execution for our Retail Warranty Reimbursement division. This role demands a data-driven strategist, and brand builder who can educate, elevate, and engage a national dealer audience on a highly specialized legal offering.
You’ll work closely with firm leadership, legal experts, and external partners to drive awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership — all with the goal of cementing DealerLaw’s status as the category leader in Retail Warranty Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored to dealership executives and decision-makers.
Build messaging frameworks that translate complex legal benefits into clear, compelling value propositions for dealers.
Partner directly with our legal team and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals and legal timelines.
Own the division’s marketing calendar, including campaigns, promotions, dealer outreach, and content drops.
Content & Communications
Bring subject matter knowledge of regulatory parts and labor increases
Create and oversee the development of high-impact automotive content: dealer guides, video scripts, and email sequences.
Manage inbound and outbound communications that target automotive dealership owners, GMs, and fixed ops directors.
Demand Generation
Oversee lead gen strategy including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and dealer list segmentation.
Collaboration & Execution
Work with in-house marketing staff and outside vendors/agencies to ensure quality and brand consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with the Director of Retail Warranty Reimbursement to gather success stories, client feedback, and legal insights that shape campaign direction.
Coordinate with our internal teams for production of marketing assets.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience in retail warranty reimbursement
Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing efforts across channels
Deep understanding of performance marketing, lead funnels, and content strategy
Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to translate technical/legal info into dealer-friendly language
A hands-on, get-it-done attitude with the ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
Nice to Have:
Experience with trade shows or event marketing in the automotive space
