Description
A national civil litigation firm with over 55 attorneys and 200+ employees is seeking a Team Lead Attorney to handle cases in Southern California - Greater Los Angeles area. Despite the firm having a physical location in Southern California, this is a largely remote role. They also have East Coast offices in New York and Florida. The firm handles a niche area of civil litigation on the plaintiff side. It is interesting and impactful work. Prior plaintiff's personal injury experience is preferred but not required.
They are open to attorneys with plaintiff or defense backgrounds so long as they have 8+ years of civil litigation experience and have taken and/or defended 100+ depositions. Additional duties include arguing motions, attending hearings, negotiating and managing discovery, settlement negotiations, and when applicable - assisting with trial preparation (alongside the trial attorneys at the firm).
Highly competitive base salary (up to $275K base), plus bonuses, 401K with matching, 100% of health insurance covered, etc. They also offer room for growth and the chance to handle extremely meaningful work.
Attorneys must be current members of the California Bar in good standing and currently live in the Greater Los Angeles area. Candidates from Orange County will be considered.
